My passion has always involved the arts and music, and I know firsthand how influential a music education can be on a child’s confidence and mental health. It can be a space for children to safely explore their creativity and identity. Private music lessons allow children to gain a sense of pride and accomplishment through their hard work, all while having fun! Giving your child the gift of music also helps them build holistic skills such as focus, independence, patience, resiliency, memory, critical thinking, and more. In my piano and voice lessons, students work at their own pace and set their own goals. Students have the freedom and flexibility to choose their own repertoire, as well as build their skills through a guided curriculum of pieces and techniques.

In lessons, students will learn:
- Proper playing/singing posture
- Piano/voice anatomy
- Fundamental exercises such as scales, chords, arpeggios, etc.
- Music theory
- Ear training
- Sight-reading
- Music history

30 minutes - $40
*Lessons can optionally be held at the student’s house. A piano or suitable keyboard is required for this option, and there will be an additional travel charge of $10.
